Self-powered multichannel USB Polarograph
"ElbaTech P1W"
ElbaTech P1W
is a
data
acquisition system equipped with 1 to 4 input channels
connected to and powered from the USB port of a Personal Computer
running the acquisition program.
This allows to plot the data during acquisition, to save them and to
select the full-scale range at the input, which can be either monopolar
or bipolar. The device comes in a small metal box connected to the USB
by means of a wired tiny interface and shows BNC connectors at the
inputs.

1-Wire self powered 4channels acquisition module
"Elbatech AD1W"
This device is based on the
DS2450
4-channels AD converter, connected to a preamplification
stage which allows to select the input voltage range at each channel
independently. The device can be either self powered through the 1-Wire
line or externally powered. It comes in a small plastic box with two
external wiring connectors for the inputs and with two RJ45 connectors
for the 1-Wire line.

Temperature sea-water monitoring
High
resolution Thermochrons are used in the Mediterranean Sea, to monitor
the environment of the Mediterranean’s most important endemic plant,
the "Posidonia Oceanica", which produces flowers and fruits on very rare
occasions at high latitudes.
We have chosen ibutton Thermochrons because of their
unprecedented ability to read and store data without the need of any
external wire. This feature is of basic importance in our application
because the temperature must be monitored in the sea, at different
depths, not necessarily near the coast. We selected 5-10-15-20-25 msw
(meter sub water) as sensing depths. Sensors have been encapsulated
inside thermally-conducting, robust metal chassis in order to overcome
pressure problems which could damage the devices. The devices are
programmed and read by a dedicated software.

Modular multichannel DC Power Supply
Modular power supply coming into one table- or rack-mount 19" x 6U
chassis, able to include up to 12 independent DC power supply modules.
Each module can be regulated to an output voltage ranging from -20VDC to
+20VDC vs. GND and can deliver a current up to 2A. Each module has
remote regulation of the desidered output voltage via a serial protocol.
Each module has a front panel display indicating the output voltage and
current.The instrument is provided with a software utility running on a
Microsoft Windows environment for programming each module..
